| ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION |

Once you place your online or phone order, we will send an email notification that we have received your order and instructions on how to send us your artwork. Your order will be assigned to one of our service experts to oversee your order. Your order will be reviewed for any potential problems with artwork, imprint issues and delivery times and provide recommendations if needed.
Once your order is reviewed, you will be faxed an Order Acknowledgement for your approval that will include all details of your order including your shipping charges. The Order Acknowledgement is typically faxed back with your Artwork Proof. Please return this Order Acknowledgement within 24 hours to maintain shipment daes. Late approvals from customers may require expedited shipping methods or in some cases rush production charges. Cancellation/Alteration Fees
After your artwork has been approved, your order is submitted to the factory for printing. If a situation should arise where a change needs to be made after artwork has been approved, we will immediately attempt to notify the factory of the change before production begins. You may incur setup fees if your product has entered the production process. We are unable to cancel or change your order once production has begun. Should you cancel your orderafter production, you will remain liable for the full cost of the items.
Shipping
All prices shown in the catalog are F.O.B.Postage, shipping and handling charges will be provided in a formal quote prior to ordering. All shipments will be insured unless stated clearly on your order that insurance is not required. Insurance is at $.75 per $100 of value and $4.50 per package for handling. We can only guarantee the ship date, i.e. when the merchandise will leave our facility and cannot be responsible for carrier or en-route delays. Most orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested. Orders that do not indicate shipping instructions will be shipped at the most economical method to meet the in-hands date as per your order.
Payment
First time orders First-time orders require prepayment in full. We recommend the use of a credit card to facilitate rapid fulfillment of your order, but you may also use a company check, money order, or even cash if you choose. Please be aware that forms of payment that require funds to clear into our account can delay your order. We will not ship orders until our bank has cleared your funds.
Credit Cards: The majority of our customers prefer to pay for their orders by credit card. Stratt Promos accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Credit Cards. You may submit payment via our secure shopping cart, call in or fax your card information to us. When providing credit card information, please include your order number, the type of card, the card number, 3 digit ID code and the expiration date and your full name and billing address as it appears on the card. When paying by credit card, you will be charged 100% of the amount stated on your Order Acknowledgment upon approval. This secures the merchandise and puts the order into production to be customized. Should any overruns or underruns be applicable, we will typically charge or credit your card within 7 business days of order shipment.Information regarding account number and expiration dates as well as authorized signatures will be held entirely confidential by E.G. Stratt Industries, LLC.
Company Check: Customers may pay by company check. We require that the funds clear our bank in order for us to ship your product. If time is of the essence we strongly recommend using a credit card.
Purchase Orders and Corporate Accounts: We will be happy to set up a credit terms for your company or organization. Credit review typically takes 3 days and production will not begin on orders until the review process is complete. If your order is urgent, please use a credit card or call us to make other arrangements.
